1. What makes your candles and soap ‘Western?

Our products are inspired by the rugged spirit of the American West—think leather saddles, smoky campfires, fresh pine, and whiskey. We use earthy, masculine scents and rustic packaging that pay tribute to cowboys, cattle drives, and wide-open frontiers.

2. Are these products just for men?

Nope—anyone can enjoy them! But we design our scents and branding with men in mind—bold, woodsy, clean, and masculine. Whether you're a cowboy or just want to smell like one, you’re in the right place.

3. What ingredients do you use in your soaps and candles?

We always use high-quality, skin-safe ingredients in all our products:

• Soaps: Made with a variety of soap bases, including goat’s milk, shea butter, oatmeal, and hemp seed oil, all rich in minerals and healthy fats. Each bar is scented with essential oils and fragrance blends that adhere to RIFM and IFRA standards for safety and purity. We also incorporate natural additives, such as ground oats, coffee, and botanicals, as well as natural colourants, to enhance the appearance and texture of our soaps.

• Candles: Hand-poured soy wax with natural wooden wicks for that unmistakable crackling sound, and phthalate-free fragrance oils.

4. Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

Yes—our soaps are crafted to be gentle and moisturizing. That said, if you have very sensitive skin or allergies, we always recommend checking the ingredient list or doing a patch test first. We have both dealt with sensitive skin for years, so we know how tricky it can be to find products that are both effective and gentle. That’s why every soap we make is tested personally—starting with ourselves. If it doesn’t pass the test on our own skin, it never makes it to yours. You can trust that each bar is crafted with care, using skin-friendly ingredients that work for even the most particular skin types.

5. How strong are your scents?

Our scents are bold but not overpowering. Each candle and soap bar is cured for two weeks to ensure maximum punch. Candles fill a room with rich, masculine fragrance without being too heavy, and soaps leave a clean, lasting scent on your skin.

6. Do you offer gift sets?

Yes—we have curated gift sets that make perfect presents for birthdays, holidays, or groomsmen. We can also include a custom note. Great for the cowboy who has everything.

7. Where do you ship?

We currently ship anywhere in the U.S. International shipping is in the works—stay tuned!

8. How long will it take to get my order?

Orders ship out within 2–3 business days. Delivery times vary by location but usually take 3–7 days via standard shipping. We currently use USPS Ground Advantage. If you would prefer express shipping, then please reach out to us, and we will see what we can arrange. Our local customers are welcome to pick up their orders from our workshop in Houston, Texas.

9. Can I return or exchange my order?

If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right. Contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll help with returns, exchanges, or store credit. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

10. Are your products eco-friendly?

Yes—our candles use US-grown soy wax, and our soaps come with minimal, recyclable packaging. We aim to keep our footprint small while keeping our quality high.

11. How do I choose a scent?

Check out our scent descriptions on each product page. We describe scents in plain language—no perfume jargon here. We go to great lengths to ensure our customers make an informed choice when they order from us.

12. Do you test on animals?

We never test on animals-ever. Our products are only tested by humans (starting with ourselves). We believe in kindness and transparency, and that includes our four-legged friends. Our beloved Giant Schnauzer, Dolly, keeps a close eye on quality control-but only from a safe, soap-free distance.
